NCCCO CRANE OPERATOR CERTIFICATION EXAM PREP & Crane Operator Training for Qualification

Even at an extremely high passing rate

A 12 – 16 hour (or until complete) formal training and examination preparatory class current working crane operators to gain their certification by assisting with current rules and regulations, safety awareness information and provide instruction to correctly use the cranes load chart and range diagram for proper load lift calculations.  This training class will help the crane operator understand and operate safely, comply with OSHA CFR 29 Subpart CC, and be able to pass the written and practical examination of the accredited certifying organization.  Training also covers USACE EM385-1-1 and other basic NAVFAC rules while on base.

Additional hands on training hours available if required

2 Part Examination Process to become certified

  • Passing the written examination by an accredited crane organization such as the NCCCO or CIC
  • Passing the practical examination by the same accredited crane organization performed by a practical examiner

TYPES OF CRANE CATEGORIES 
Mobile Hydraulic Telescopic Boom Cranes – Small or Large Types
Mobile Lattice Boom Cranes – Truck or Crawler, Overhead Crane

Classes are held weekly:   Monday – Saturday 8am to 8pm
