o    COMPLIES WITH STANDARDS THAT RECOGNIZES QUALIFICATION WHICH INCLUDES TRAINING

o    ACCOUNTABLE FOR CRANE SET UP, GEAR INSPECTION, RIG SET UP, SAFE WORKING LOAD CALCULATION, HOOK AND UN HOOK LOAD
