  • Training Session Policy
    In the event of a heavy storm or extreme weather emergency where it is unsafe to operate, class will be rescheduled for the safety of the students and instructors. REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds once class has been booked and paid for. Missed classes is unacceptable unless determined acceptable by employer due to work. Make up sessions can be scheduled. 72 hour notification must be provided by email with exceptions. Rescheduling opportunities expire 30 – 60 days after initial scheduled class.
  • Refund Policy
    There are no refunds once class has been booked and paid for. No shows and rescheduling are cause for no refund unless rescheduled within 72 hours. No refund of fees shall be due in the event of non-attendance by a pupil with exception of possible rescheduling with applicable fees. In the event of a pupil missing a lesson for any reason, the lesson will not be repeated. However, the resources used in that lesson will be made available to the student on request. If the CraneHawaii.com fails to provide a lesson due to teacher absence, every effort will be made to provide a substitute lesson at another time based on availability and scheduling. Instructor reserves the right to reschedule a class with 24 hour advance notice in writing by text or email. Rescheduling by instructor must be confirmed by student and agree to a reschedule unless there is a safety concern such as weather or constructive reasons. If a rescheduled class initiated by instructor with no explained safety reason and not agreed to by all students, class may not be rescheduled. In the event due to severe weather conditions, or an emergency, cranehawaii.com will reschedule training at no additional charge. In the case of a cancellation while instructor has traveled, per diem and other travel related cost will be charged to the customer. Student rescheduling and class cancellation AWOL students meaning that student has canceled multiple training sessions and no contact has been made to initiate another training session by the student, and the instructor will make another attempt and at that time if no positive response, training will be canceled at the discretion of the instructor. In most cases unless documented on training confirmation, training sessions end after 30 days of initial start.
  • Exam Results
    We are not responsible for test results whether in a positive or negative result. Instructors reserve the right to short private tutoring sessions. All additional sessions will be charged at an instructor rate of $150 per hour with exception.

All Riggers are Qualified and highly trained and evaluated. All meets and complies with State and Federal and USACE EM385-1-1 Chapter 15 & 16 laws, rules, and regulations and the new OSHA 1926 Subpart CC and are regularly evaluated.
