Our Mobile Crane Operator Certification Class is open to individuals of all experience levels who desire national certification.
This is a focused, intensive certification program combining classroom instruction, hands-on crane training, and examination preparation. The goal is simple: learn, practice, demonstrate competency, and obtain NCCCO Mobile Crane Operator Certification.
Daily Schedule
Sat, Aug 29 — Orientation & Crane Operator Training
Location: Kapolei Crane Training Yard Time: 8:00 AM start
Approx. 1 hour of orientation and program introduction.
Crane familiarization: nomenclature, major components, basic operation, setup, and movement. Followed by 5–6 hours of hands-on crane operator training.
Sun, Aug 30 — Hands-On Crane Operator Training
Location: Kapolei Crane Training Yard Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Full-day hands-on training focused on developing practical operating skills and preparing for the Certification practical examination.
Mon, Aug 31 – Fri, Sep 4 — National Certification Classroom Training and Written Exam Preparation
Location: Kapolei Conference Room Time: 3:45 PM – 8:45 PM daily
Classroom instruction, examination-style questions, discussion, and review to prepare for the written exam. Additional hands-on crane training may be added during the week at the instructor's discretion.
Sat, Sep 5 — Hands-On Training Session & Practical Exam Prep (crane operator hands on test)
Location: Kapolei Crane Training Yard Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Full-day hands-on training with instructor evaluation and coaching in preparation for the practical examination.
Sun, Sep 6 — Practical Examination scheduled
Location: Kapolei Crane Training Yard Time: Late morning / early afternoon
Candidates perform the applicable NCCCO Mobile Crane Operator Practical Examination or CIC Practical Examination Certification. Exact time provided once finalized. Morning crane time will be available if candidate needs more preparation.
Certification class fee per person: $2995
Class is for small fixed telescopic cranes like boom trucks and large telescopic crane level certifications. Check with instructor if you need any additional crane type certifications. A confirmation by email will be sent with location details and dress requirements
Exam fees are not included in this course fee and are paid director to the NCCCO Examiner / Coordinator.
Est. $395 - $695 depending on types of cranes. Check with instructor. Paid at time of certification exams.
